Sara Barr Studio Cancellation Policy
All deposits are $100. All deposits are non-refundable. When a client fulfills the appointment, the $100 deposit will be applied toward the balance.
In the event that a client is unable to come to their scheduled appointment, the client needs to inform the Studio no less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. The client will then be allowed to reschedule a maximum of one time. In the event the rescheduled appointment then needs to be rescheduled, the deposit will be forfeited and a new appointment will need to be made with a new deposit.
In the event the client cancels within the 24 hour time frame, the deposit will be retained and a $300 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. No refunds will be permitted.
All policies can be overturned at the discretion of management on a case by case basis. We understand that life does happen. We are, however, running a small business and hope you understand our policies.
By booking any service with the studio (even when booking through outside sources), it is assumed you have read this policy and agree to these terms.
